We are delighted to announce our participation in the 14th edition of the MIA Photo Fair BNP Paribas 2025, Italy’s premier photography event, hosted at Superstudio Più, Milan, from March 20-23.
In collaboration with PhMuseum, we proudly present Portofino Residencies 2021-2024, an engaging photographic exhibition featuring international artists Alejandro Chaskielberg, Piergiorgio Sorgetti, Martina Giammaria, and Carolina Pimenta.
This exhibition is the result of the Portofino Residency, a collaboration between PhMuseum and Portofino Dry Gin that, each year, brings a visual artist to Portofino, inviting them to explore and interpret the Italian Riviera through their own research and creative lens.
By immersing themselves in the landscape, culture, and daily life of Portofino, the selected artists develop a unique body of work that reflects both their personal vision and the multifaceted identity of this iconic destination.
Through their distinctive perspectives, the featured artists capture the essence of Portofino—its landscapes, people, and cultural heritage—offering a contemporary reflection on one of Italy’s most celebrated coastal gems.

Martina Giammaria transforms Portofino into a surreal dreamscape, fusing its rich natural beauty with creative digital techniques, evoking the timeless essence of the region and its deep cultural roots.
Carolina Pimenta’s work explores the contrast between luxury tourism and local life, shedding light on the authentic experiences and people that make Portofino unique. Her project serves as a reflection on the evolving dynamics of the Mediterranean community.
Through this initiative, Portofino Dry Gin continues its commitment to supporting cultural heritage and local communities, celebrating the artistic voices that bring new perspectives to the landscapes that inspire our brand.
