Informativa sul Diritto di Recesso
In ottemperanza al Codice del Consumo, D.lgs. n. 206/2005, ti informiamo che, se sei un Consumatore, avrai il diritto di recedere dal contratto concluso con Pudel, senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo, comunicando la tua intenzione di recedere a Pudel entro il termine di quattordici (14) giorni, per l’acquisto di Abbonamenti, decorrenti dal giorno in cui hai ricevuto la e-mail di Conferma d’Ordine (ovvero dalla comunicazione di sottoscrizione dell’Abbonamento), per l’acquisto di Beni dalla loro consegna.
Per poter esercitare il diritto di recesso dovrai fornirci una dichiarazione esplicita e inviarcela anche a mezzo e-mail all'indirizzo customercare@portofinogin.com. Sarà sufficiente inserire i tuoi dati anagrafici e quelli relativi all’ordine, comunicando l’intenzione di recedere dal contratto, con la richiesta di restituire il prezzo pagato entro il termine di 14 giorni.
Alternativamente sarà possibile utilizzare la seguente formula:
Con la presente io (______________________) notifico il recesso dal contratto di vendita dell’abbonamento / del bene (specificare i dati identificativi dell’abbonamento / del bene _______________________).

Pudel provvederà a rimborsarti le somme versate entro e non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ci hai comunicato il recesso. Tuttavia, per quanto riguarda i Beni, Pudel può trattenere il rimborso finché non abbia ricevuto i Beni oppure finché tu non abbia dimostrato di averli rispediti.
Per il rimborso verrà utilizzato lo stesso strumento di pagamento da te utilizzato per l’acquisto, salvo accordo scritto di entrambe le parti.
Qualora tu decida di iniziare a fruire dei Contenuti dell’Abbonamento prima della scadenza dei 14 giorni dalla data di Conferma d’Ordine, accetterai di perdere il tuo diritto di recesso (art. 59, lett. a) e o) Codice del Consumo).
Superati i 14 giorni, potrai recedere in qualsiasi momento dandone comunicazione scritta a Pudel. In tal caso Pudel avrà il diritto di trattenere le somme da te già corrisposte per il periodo di fruizione dell’Abbonamento, ma provvederà a restituirti la somma corrispondente al periodo di Abbonamento non fruito.
Per alcuni Beni, quali, ad esempio, il Gin, non potrai avvalerti del diritto di recesso una volta aperti, per motivi igienici o connessi alla protezione della salute (art. 59, lett. e) Codice del Consumo).
L’esercizio del diritto di recesso comporta il dovere di restituire quanto ordinato, in ogni parte e nella sua interezza.
Ti ricordiamo che sei responsabile unicamente della diminuzione del valore dei Beni risultante da una loro manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la loro natura, le loro caratteristiche e il loro funzionamento.
Ti informiamo che in caso di recesso tutti i costi di spedizione e gli ulteriori oneri saranno a tuo carico.
Se si decide di esercitare il diritto di recesso in relazione ad un ordine che include dei beni in omaggio, anche questi dovranno essere restituiti. Se i beni in omaggio non vengono restituiti, per essi verrà applicato il prezzo in vigore al momento dell’ordine, come se non si trattasse di merce in omaggio.
I beni oggetto di omaggio non sono soggetti a recesso né a garanzia.
Withdrawal Policy
In compliance with the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, we inform you that, if you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Pudel, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, by communicating your intention to withdraw to Pudel within a period of fourteen (14) days, for the purchase of Subscriptions, starting from the day you received the Order Confirmation email (or from the communication of the Subscription's subscription), for the purchase of Goods from their delivery.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must provide us with an explicit statement and also send it to us by e-mail. It will be sufficient to enter your personal data and those related to the order, communicating the intention to withdraw from the contract, with the request to return the price paid within 14 days.
Alternatively, you can use the following formula:
I hereby (______________________) notify the withdrawal from the sales contract of the subscription / the good (specify the identification data of the subscription / the good _______________________).

Pudel will refund the amounts paid to you within 14 days from the day you communicated the withdrawal. However, with regard to Goods, Pudel may withhold the refund until it has received the Goods or until you have proven that you have returned them.
The same payment method you used for the purchase will be used for the refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
If you decide to start enjoying the Subscription Content before the expiration of the 14 days from the Order Confirmation date, you will accept to waive your right of withdrawal (art. 59, lett. a) and o) Consumer Code).
After 14 days, you can withdraw at any time by giving written notice to Pudel. In this case, Pudel will have the right to retain the amounts already paid by you for the period of Subscription enjoyment, but will refund the amount corresponding to the unused Subscription period.
For some Goods, such as Gin, you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal once opened, for hygiene or health protection reasons (art. 59, lett. e) Consumer Code).
Exercising the right of withdrawal entails the obligation to return what was ordered, in its entirety.
Please note that you are solely responsible for any decrease in the value of the Goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
We inform you that in case of withdrawal, all shipping costs and additional charges will be at your expense.
If you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to an order that includes complimentary items, these must also be returned. If the complimentary items are not returned, the price in force at the time of the order will be applied to them, as if they were not complimentary merchandise.
Complimentary items are not subject to withdrawal or warranty.
