Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact our customer care at info@portofinogin.com to return it.
We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
Returned orders must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned sealed, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Swimwear items must be returned with unopened and undamaged packaging, where applicable swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments.
We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
Customised items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
The Customer shall ship the return within fourteen days upon receiving the shipping label. The products should be returned in the same condition in which the Customer received them using the original packaging or, if the box was damaged, a similar one of adequate size and strength to ensure a safe transit.
Customers are advised to obtain and retain proof of postage until after your refund has been processed.
Returns will be quality checked upon arrival at our warehouse and processed as soon as possible, in any case no later than fourteen day after receiving them.
Refunds will be issued on the paying method originally used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise beforehand.
Please allow sufficient time for processed refunds to appear on your card or bank statement.
Depending on the card issuer this may take up to twenty working days.
If the return is due to Portofino Dry Gin sending a wrong item, wrong size, damaged or faulty item the refund will be the total amount of your order.
The Customer shall provide photographic evidence of the goods’ conditions upon receiving them attaching the pictures to the return request.
If the return reason is fitting problems, the Customer not liking the product or if quality check upon arrival fails every additional return cost (including, but not limited to shipping fees, importing taxes, custom duties and extra charges) will be deducted from the refund.
Cancelling or Amend an order
Once your order has been placed we may not be able to add, remove, or edit the quantity of items. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at info@portofinogin.com.
In certain circumstances, we may be able to cancel or amend your order if it has not yet been prepared for dispatch.
