In celebration of the new, not-to-be missed route for bon vivant travellers encompassing two iconic Mediterranean Rivieras, we have partnered with One&Only Portonovi to create the ultimate pop-up Beach Gin Bar with bespoke, designation-inspired cocktails.
Situated at the entrance of Boka Bay in Montenegro, One&Only Portonovi is a perfectly placed sanctuary from which to explore the wild beauty of Montenegro. Located directly on the resort’s private white sandy beach, the pop-up Gin Bar features a discerning cocktail menu which showcases native ingredients from Portofino and Montenegro, paying homage to the two territories.
As well as a selection of Portofino Dry Gin’s signature cocktails, guests can enjoy a new creation inspired by the collaboration: "From Portofino to Portonovi" is a refreshing drink combining Portofino Dry Gin with St Germain, rosemary syrup and lemon juice, garnished with a touch of blue salt.
