The 2026 edition of Lady Drink brought together an inspiring community of women bartenders at the Excelsior Palace Hotel in Rapallo, in a celebration of talent, character, and contemporary mixology.
Since 1996, the competition has offered an international stage where female bartenders can express their craft through creativity, technique, and personal vision, shaping cocktails that speak not only through flavor, but through story and identity.
Congratulations to all the participants for the passion, precision, and elegance they brought to this year’s edition.
A special mention goes to Susanna Dal Cin and her cocktail Portus Delphini, inspired by the meeting of two iconic harbor souls: Portofino and her beloved Venice.
Through its flavors, the drink brings these two worlds together, united by a shared love for the sea, shaped by the rhythm of the tides, the scent of salt in the air, and a deep sense of place.
