Ingredients
45 ml Portofino Dry Gin – La Penisola
10 ml Monin passion fruit liqueur
90 ml tomato juice
15 ml lemon juice
2 drops tabasco
4 drops Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch salt
Garnish: half of a cherry tomato

Method
Add the ingredients to the shaker and shake vigorously for a few seconds. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with half of a cherry tomato.
