Ocean Cocktail
In celebration of Ocean Month 2024 and to raise awareness about the preservation of the marine ecosystem, we have launched the Ocean Cocktail. This distinctive ocean blue cocktail is crafted with Portofino Dry Gin and imbued with fresh, herbaceous notes. Its light flavor, enhanced by a final touch of lavender velvet, evokes the sea breeze with every sip.
Ingredients
40 ml Portofino Dry Gin
90 ml Butterfly Pea Flower Infusion
10 ml Everleaf Marine
5 drops Lemon Bitter
Lavender Foam
Method

Method
To achieve the characteristic ocean blue color, infuse two teaspoons of Butterfly Pea Flower in a cup of hot water for 3 to 4 minutes, then strain the liquid and let it cool to room temperature or with ice. Then, mix all the ingredients in a mixing glass and strain into a tumbler with ice. Finish with lavender foam and garnish with the Butterfly Pea Flower.
