Negroni Bianco

Inspired by Italian culture, our White Negroni is a rich and complex cocktail that lends itself perfectly to the aperitivo.

Ingredients
30ml Portofino Dry Gin
30ml Dry Vermouth
30ml Bitter Bianco

Method
Fill a mixing glass with ice, add the three ingredients and stir for thirty seconds. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over a large ice cube and garnish with lemon peel.
