Ingredients
15 ml Portofino Dry Gin
20 ml Rose Syrup Romanengo
 Top up with sparkling wine

Method
Add Portofino Dry Gin and Rose Syrup into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 15 seconds. Strain into a coupette glass and top up with Sparkling wine. Garnish with a red rose petal.
