Florenza Cocktail
A floral composition inspired by the first days of spring: light and delicate.
40 ml Portofino Dry Gin — La Penisola
15 ml violet liqueur
5 ml lemon juice
100 ml Mediterranean tonic
2–3 drops of Angostura bitters
Build in a tall tumbler over ice, gently stirring to combine. Garnish with an edible flower and finish with a light spray of Essentia Dolce Vita.
