40 ml Portofino Dry Gin - La Penisola
25 ml Amaro Santoni
10 ml Vino Chinato Vergano

Garnish Dried rose bud

Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass
filled with ice and stir for 15 seconds.
Strain into a double old fashioned glass
filed with ice cubes and garnish.

Martini della Penisola

50 ml Portofino Dry Gin - La Penisola
15 ml Sherry Fino Lustau
5 ml Vermouth Dry Vergano

Garnish Green olives

Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass
filled with ice and stir for 15 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish.
