Portofino Piazzetta - Round 1:
On one side basil, chive, and caviar spaghetti, on the other Negroni La Vela - featuring pine nut vermouth, bitter, local amaro, and Portofino Dry Gin.
Casa Montefino - Round 2:
Tuna carpaccio with citrus fruits, pine nuts and local herbs versus Montefino Sour - citrus liqueur, lemon juice, agave nectar and Portofino Dry Gin.
Bagni Fiore - Round 3:
Santa Margherita's prawn, mustard and honey, versus the iconic Portofino & Tonic.
