The Portofinez
On the occasion of World Cocktail Day, we are proud to present a new cocktail, the "Portofinez". This is a modern twist on the classic Martinez cocktail, using locally sourced ingredients to create a strong and refreshing taste with citrusy notes.
Ingredients
30 ml Portofino Dry Gin
20 ml Amaro Amara
15 ml Sweet vermouth
15 ml Vino chinato dolce
2 drops Lemon bitters
1 spray of Bitter orange essence
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker or mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 15 seconds.
Strain into a double old fashion glass with ice cubes or a single chunk.
Garnish with a dried orange slice and finish with a spray of bitter orange essence.
