"Tapullo" is a cocktail that demands discipline. Follow the recipe to the letter, or it sinks, like a boat.
35ml Portofino Dry Gin
25ml Bitter
15ml White vermouth
15ml Zoppi Distillery fig liqueur
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass.
