40 ml Portofino Dry Gin
20 ml Campari
15 ml Simple syrup
Muddle grapes and syrup in a shaker, add Portofino Dry Gin, Campari and fill with ice, shake until well chilled.Strain into a wine glass filled with ice. Top up with Prosecco and garnish with orange peel.
