Portofino Spritz
Inspired by the delicate flavours of Ligurian coast, it’s the perfect cocktail for long summer lunches by the sea.
Ingredients
40 ml Portofino Dry Gin
20 ml Campari
15 ml Simple syrup
5 grapes
Prosecco
Method
Muddle grapes and syrup in a shaker, add Portofino Dry Gin, Campari and fill with ice, shake until well chilled.Strain into a wine glass filled with ice. Top up with Prosecco and garnish with orange peel.
