To give your summer a refreshing and fruity twist, we are pleased to present you our revised version of Paloma, the cocktail that takes you to the hills of Portofino, in the shade of grapefruit trees.
40 ml Portofino Dry Gin
20 ml Agave nectar
15 ml Lime juice
Pink grapefruit soda
Slice of pink grapefruit
Pour all ingredients - except the soda - into a shaker filled with ice and shake for 10 seconds.
Strain into a long drink glass with ice cubes.
Top with the pink grapefruit soda, garnish with a grapefruit slice and enjoy the thirst-quenching finesse of the Portofino Paloma.
