Portofino Bay Martini

Ingredients
6 cl Portofino Dry Gin
1 cl Pine nut Vermouth infused with Lemon
Lavender bitter spray

Method
1. Add the gin and vermouth into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 15 seconds 2. Strain into the martini glass. Garnish with lemon peel and a sprig of dried lavender. Spray lavender bitter on top
