35 ml Portofino Dry Gin
35 ml tomato and coffee punch
12,5 ml yuzu liqueur
15 ml vermouth rosé
15 ml sugar sirup

1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 15 seconds 2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with a large ice cube 3. Garnish with a dried tomato slice and a coffee bean.
The punch is made with a preparation of tequila bianco, coffee liqueur and fresh tomato juice - strained through a scaled milk basket - to clarify and enrich the blend.
