Sali e Tabacchi Journal and Portofino Dry Gin are excited to present a project where their values converge on the passion for everything Italian. Known for his large scale cyanotype projects, artist Andrea Bocca created a custom cyanotype using ingredients from the botanical garden of Portofino Dry Gin, expounding on the concept of preserving raw ingredients in a moment in time.

The final result - a two-page visual exploration of the key ingredients present in Portofino Dry Gin - is presented in such a way that they interact and live within the text and editorial content of the magazine. This work is published in the fourth issue of Sali e Tabacchi Journal with a theme focused on flora and fauna. Accompanying the artwork is a behind-the-scenes video that documents the process of the artist, produced and directed by the creative agency S&T Media Lab, the minds behind the annual publication, and filmed by Francesco Cantoro.
